ISO 10015: Certification & Registration

On February 19th, 2003, CSEND became the FIRST organisation to be fully accredited by the Swiss Accreditation Service (SAS) as a certification body for training systems, of training programmes and of training providers in the private and public sector.

Companies have to make certain that their training investment is relevant to its future development and business needs. CSEND offers certification and registration services for parties interested in investing smartly in training to ensure the quality of training investments, so optimal returns of investment are guaranteed.

Companies in Argentina, Brazil, China, Malaysia, Switzerland, Taiwan and other European countries have expressed interest in applying for ISO 10015 Certification and are going through the preparation for it.

Some companies, for example, Haier Group Company (Qindao, China) completed the first audit in 2002. Other companies such as Jiang Huai Automotive Company (JAC, Hefei, China, the link ), Nanhui Telecom Bureau, Shanghai Telecom Company Limited (Nanhui County, Shanghai, China) have finished the first full certification and registration in 2004 and have maintained their registration to date.

Ernst & Young Bahrain has fulfilled its ISO 10015+ certification requirements and was registered in July 2007. E&Y Bahrain is the first organisation in the Mid East Region to obtain ISO 10015+ certified status.
